The information contained herein is not intended as, and should not be construed as, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. All services are provided pursuant to a written engagement agreement between Latitude Financial Management, LLC and the client.
Scope of services. Latitude Financial Management, LLC provides two categories of services: (1) municipal advisory services, provided in its capacity as an SEC- and MSRB-registered municipal advisor; and (2) Impact Capital Advisory consulting services and Institutional Financial Advisory services, which are provided in a consulting capacity. Prospective clients should review the applicable engagement agreement to understand which regulatory framework, if any, governs a particular scope of work.
Impact Capital Advisory consulting services. Impact Capital Advisory consulting services are provided in a non-discretionary consulting capacity. Latitude Financial Management, LLC does not provide investment advice regarding specific securities, does not exercise discretion over client assets, and is not currently registered as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Services provided include analytical support for deal screening, financial due diligence, investment committee materials preparation, post-investment monitoring frameworks, and related consulting work. Clients retain full responsibility for all investment decisions.
Independence. Latitude Financial Management, LLC is an independent advisory firm. We do not manage funds, sell financial products, receive referral fees, or accept compensation from third parties in connection with any client engagement. Our sole compensation is the fees paid directly by our clients pursuant to our engagement agreements.
No guarantee of outcomes. Past experience and prior engagements do not guarantee future results. Advisory and consulting services involve inherent uncertainty. No representation is made that any client will achieve any particular financial or mission-related outcome as a result of engaging Latitude Financial Management, LLC.
No client relationship. Accessing or using this website does not create an advisory, consulting, or client relationship of any kind. A formal engagement agreement, executed by both parties, is required to establish any advisory or consulting relationship with Latitude Financial Management, LLC.
